By using the MenuMagnet App the user (you) agree that Menu Magnet LLC is in no way responsible and you waive Menu Magnet LLC of all liability. You agree Menu Magnet LLC is not affiliated with the restaurant, restaurant website, or any services provided by the restaurant. Any listing of menus on the MenuMagnet app is in no way an approval or recommendation of the eating establishment by Menu Magnet LLC. You agree to check all local health departments before eating at or visiting any restaurant listed with MenuMagnet.

Advertising Identifiers

Menu Magnet partners with Google AdMobs when providing ads at courtesy locations. Google Admobs uses Advertising Identifiers to compare the websites you visit and the previous ads you have seen. ( IE if you’re searching for a Toyota Camry, they try to show you a Toyota ad next time) We at MenuMagnet do not retain any of this data and agree with your right to privacy. This is part of the Google programming and not something we can remove. Please block this feature if it makes you feel more secure. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. The MenuMagnet app uses user location while in use. We do not transmit or share your location it is used to compare your nearest participating restaurant only. The MenuMagnet app does not store or follow your location. Your location remains your business. Menu Magnet does not receive your location your device compares its location to our restaurants.
